The Peoria Area Speech-Language Hearing Association (PASHA) meets five times each fiscal year for general meetings. Continuing education programs are planned for four of the five meetings offering members and non-members opportunities for professional development. These programs feature speakers with expertise in areas important to the fields of speech-language pathology and audiology.   Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are offered free of charge to PASHA members.  Non-members who wish to receive CEUs are asked to pay a fee.

Peoria Area Speech-Language-Hearing Association is an approved continuing education sponsor through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.  Programs are typically offered for 1-3 continuing education hours (0.1 to 0.3 CEUs) depending on the length of the particular presentation.  These CE hours qualify for Illinois license renewal as well as required hours of Continuing Professional Development for ASHA; however, CE hours provided by IDPR will not count towards the ASHA Award for Continuing Education (ACE).
